On Tuesday evening, the IDSwest team gave a small taste of what we can expect this year, September 29th through October 2nd. The event was held at the site of architect Michael Katz’ L41 Ultra Compact Home, at BCIT on Great Northern Way.
We were proud to show off several of Tom Dixon’s designs: Offcut stools, Etch pendant lamps(above) and Spin candelabra, Peg chairs(below).

Our contribution the the Enlightened Design exhibit includes the 2D LED floor lamp from Skitsch(above) and the new Kelvin LED from Flos(below).

Artsy Dartsy is returning for volume two of their Future Masters program, displaying original creations from local up and coming creatives.

Straight Line designs kept up their non-conventional and often whimsical repertoire with the Hollow chair and new wood and resin outdoor lamp(above left). The design studio Molo lightened the mood with their illuminating handbags titled hobo lanterns(above right).

This year is revving up to be a great one for IDSwest with countless more reasons to get excited:
